Our committee’s goal is to sustain and increase membership through support, outreach, and communication for new and prospective members.

Our procedure for reaching out to interested young executives ensures a friendly yet direct approach dedicated to making the prospective member feel welcomed at events and encouraging them to participate in a committee.

With the help of existing members providing us with contact information for prospective members, it is our responsibility to reach out, increase interest in the organization, and grow the membership.

We are an enthusiastic group that enjoys being the first touch-point from the DVYE organization to interested people.

Our regular tasks include:

- Providing prospective members with a brief introduction to DVYE, its philosophies, past and new goals, and scheduled events.

- Introducing prospective members to current members and friends at scheduled events.

- Recording membership activity and dues.
